High Protein Pizza Pasta!
Simple, easy & tastes absolutely incredible!
- tsp olive oil
- garlic cloves
- chopped medium red bell pepper
- chopped medium tomato
- Tsp salt & pepper
- tsp Italian herbs
- tsp paprika
- light cream cheese (Brand: Philadelphia Lightest)
For the Beef:
- extra lean ground/minced beef
- salt & pepper
- Italian herbs
- paprika
Heating Instructions
Thawing:
Thaw your meals overnight in the fridge if possible. Heat and eat within 5 days of thawing. This is REAL food and therefore won't stay fresh forever. Oven is always best for heating and will consistently produce the best results.
Microwave From Thawed (for best results):
- Remove lid or pierce film.
- Heat at 100% power in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Microwave from Frozen (not recommended):
- Remove lid or pierce film.
- Heat at 100% power in the microwave for 3-4 minutes.
