**1. What Does The Family Kitchen Offer?**
- The Family Kitchen offers a delectable range of ready-made meals, eliminating the need for any cooking on your part. You can even enjoy these meals straight from the tray to save on dishes!

**2. What Ordering Options Are Available?**
- You have several ordering options to choose from, including one-off orders, meal boxes, and subscription meal plans.

**3. How Do Subscription Meal Plans Work?**
- Subscribing to our meal plans is a breeze! After creating an account, you can select a meal subscription plan in sizes of 4, 6, 9, or 12 meals per week. You can also choose between regular size (approx. 320g) or hearty size (approx. 450g) servings. Once your plan is set, you get to pick your meals, and we take care of the rest. You can pause or cancel a week, change your meal selection, but remember to make any changes before 7 pm on Sunday for that week's delivery.

**4. Can I Make One-Time Purchases?**
- Absolutely! You can order as many ready-made meals as you want, whether it's just one meal or a dozen. The same delivery fee applies regardless of the number of meals in your order.

**5. When Do You Deliver?**
- Our deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, with a two-day allowance for order processing and shipping.

**6. What If I Won't Be Home for Delivery?**
- We understand that life can get busy. During checkout, you can provide delivery instructions on where to leave your food box. Rest assured, our meals are delivered in insulated boxes, but we recommend refrigerating or freezing them as soon as possible. You'll receive text or email confirmations from us when your meals are on their way and when they've been delivered.

**7. Do You Offer Vegetarian Meals?**
- Yes, we do! While we're actively working on expanding our vegetarian options, we currently offer three delightful vegetarian meal delivery choices. Stay tuned for more additions to our menu!

**8. How Should I Store My Meals?**
- Our meals can be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days or in the freezer for 3 months. Each meal comes with an expiry date for your convenience.

**9. Can I Freeze Your Ready-Made Meals?**
- Certainly! If you find yourself with extra meals or plans change, you can freeze our meals. Since we don't use added preservatives, they can be kept in the freezer for up to three months from the use-by date. Remember to freeze the meal before the use-by date and avoid refreezing after defrosting.

**10. How Are the Meals Packaged?**
- We prepare our meals fresh daily and vacuum-seal them to lock in flavor. They are then carefully packed in a wool-insulated cardboard box, surrounded by frozen gel packs to maintain freshness.

**11. What Is the Cost of Delivery?**
- Our delivery costs vary depending on your location:
- Tauranga Local: $12.00
- North Island: $18.00
- South Island: $28.00 (overnight delivery)

**12. Tell Me About Your Eco-Friendly Packaging.**
- We care deeply about the environment and have taken steps to minimize our environmental footprint:
- Meal Trays: Our trays are made of 80% recycled content and are recyclable.
- Cardboard Boxes: Flatten and recycle your cardboard boxes.
- Gel Packs: Reuse them or dispose of the non-toxic gel in your garden and recycle the plastic bag.
- Woolpack Insulation: Our woolpacks are made from 100% biodegradable and compostable felted sheep's wool, sealed in recyclable food-grade wrap. The wrap can be placed in soft plastics recycling.

12. Navigating rural deliveries can be a bit tricky. While we don't guarantee rural shipping, we understand it might be more convenient for you. If you choose to have your order sent to a rural address, it's at your own risk. For a smoother experience, we recommend considering an urban address, like your office.

To add an extra layer of convenience, you can also opt to divert your order to a collection center. However, if rural is your preference, keep a close eye on the tracking details. Once the parcel leaves our kitchen, it's safe for 48 hours. After that, it might need to be collected from the shipping provider's depot. Your meal journey is important to us, and we want to make sure it reaches you just right, even if you're in a rural oasis.
